Thrive Accessibility was founded by Jillian French, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS). With over 10 years of experience as a home health physical therapist, Jillian has helped individuals with mobility challenges remain safe and independent at home while working closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to improve function and quality of life.

Through that work, she saw a consistent gap: even when individuals regained strength, their home environments often remained unsafe or difficult to navigate. Thrive Accessibility was created to bridge that gap—bringing together clinical insight and practical home solutions to support safer, more independent living.

We provide personalized recommendations for accessibility improvements, including grab bar placement, lighting, entry access, and overall home setup. For larger projects, we collaborate with trusted contractors to help ensure recommendations are implemented safely and effectively.

What sets Thrive Accessibility apart is its foundation in real-world clinical experience. Every recommendation is guided by a deep understanding of mobility, fall risk, and day-to-day function—giving clients and families confidence that their home will support independence at every stage of life.
